Chapter #14

Mike Grants Every Wish He Hears

As soon as Mike heard his wife's wish to fix the room he felt a sense of power and direction from deep within himself. Mike lifted his arms as though about to conduct an orchestra, wiggled his fingers, and instantly the room looked as good as new. Mike smiled, "Good thinking, it makes sense that hearing a wish for a genie will instantly focus it into doing what's desired. I wonder if I stay a genie long enough if I'll be able to do the magic right without requiring a wish."

Denise frowned a little, "Well I have no doubt you could figure it out, that sounds like it could take a while and I'd like to have my normal husband back sooner rather than later."

"You're right, I'm letting myself get carried away. Let's just focus on the here and now. Just being a genie for about a minute I feel like I've got enough material for half a book."

"Well just because you're inspired doesn't mean you can just sit around and start writing just yet. If we've got unlimited magic powers I'd like to use them to fix up this old ranch homestead. Let's start trying more of your magic out in the living room." Denise went to the living room and Mike tried to and failed to follow before he was reminded about the downside of being a genie. His lower half was still tethered to his 'lamp' aka Denise's compact. "Honey! Could you come here for a second!" When Denise came back he explained the 'lamp' situation to Denise.

"Well...we could set you free from the 'lamp' but then you'd be a free genie with unlimited power who doesn't have to grant wishes and doesn't know how to use your power."

Mike nodded, "I agree, freedom sounds nice but as of now that could potentially be a horrible idea."

"Well Mike, let's try wishing the problem away. I wish Mike had legs." Instantly Mike felt a surge and knew before looking the wish had worked. He had two big blue legs with baggy blue pants and curly red shoes. And it turns out his original guess was right, with legs Mike stood at over 12 feet tall with his head scraping the ceiling. Mike tried to make his way to the living room but he almost knocked the entire dresser over.

"Mike don't move! As neat it is to have a cartoon come to life in our home we don't want the entire place to be ransacked. I wish you were human sized, in fact I wish you looked like a genie version of your female form Micki! You'll look so good in a pink genie outfit like the one from that old show."

The changes were instant, Mike wasn't sure if it was the medallion's magic or his genie magic but he felt himself shifting into a smaller more human form. Within seconds the 12 foot tall large blue male genie was a 5'2" blonde woman with breasts that were barely supported by an almost see through pink top.

"Any reason you picked my Micki form?" Mike asked, it had been a while since he'd been Micki. The last time had been when Denise as Dennis wanted to do some high school cheerleader and jock roll play.

Denise shrugged and smiled, "It was the closest thing to the only other genie I know about. Besides, I haven't seen her in a while and I thought maybe Dennis might like to see her again." Denise beckoned her husband to follow her to the living room.

"Well, I think I like the sound of that," Mike said as he went to follow his wife to the living room. But he couldn't. She was still in the living room and even though he had legs he felt like he couldn't leave the compact behind. Mike turned back and picked it up and carried it with him to Denise where he put on a smile and with a sexy sway to his walk, sauntered up to his wife who now stood taller than him and kissed her.

"That's nice, but there will be time for that later, let's talk about the decor of the living room. I've got a lot of wishes to make." Mike and Denise continued to go through the house with Denise making improvements throughout the house making it look more like a mansion rather than a ranch house. They would do this for about an hour before...
