Spiders get huge for some reasons

They leave a note

They decide to make a note so Grunstut knows where to look for them. They find a rag in the stoneback tavern to write on. They pick on some blood from the butchers to write with.

They write out the note in writing that is really big for them much very small for a human.

They use some silk to sick it to the door out of the inn Grunstut is staying at.

It reads

Good Morning to you Grunstut

We are the spiders that Blalak was using as a necklace. It was very awful and smelly. When you slain that goblin you freed us from the curse.

We wish to repay you by joining you own you adventures and helping out when we can.

Please meet us on the middle left talon on the hawk statue.


After that the spiders go to the statue to wait.

…

Soon after dawn Grunstut arrives. It takes him a bit to find them. They climb up next to his left ear to talk. He was to wander into the surrounding woods (first checking for danger with his experience at wordsmanship) so it quiet enough.

The explained what they wanted to do

"Know that being an adventurer is very dangerous, most adventurers die quickly," warned Grunstut

"We've so tiny everything is dangerous to us," explained Ellidive "will be safer with you, nothing that would normally eat us would dare to mess with you and most thing you fight wouldn't even notice us."

"Okay then, you can come with me on my next adventure, if you help out and don't get yourself hurt you can stay with me. Otherwise I'll put you in my small cottage in Dursig," barginned Grunstut

They agreed.

They soon found an adventure to go on.
