She doesn't know!

"Huh. My mirror's a little bit loose."

Bending over, she began fumbling with it, hoping that it would somehow lock into place again. After nearly a minute she gave up with a groan of disgust.

"It'll be okay for now, but I should really go to a mechanic in case a police officer notices it. I would be so embarrassed if I got a ticket for a broken mirror!"

Still, that was something to worry about later. For now she opened up the back door of her car, retrieved her handbag and made her way into the shop. The small bell above the door jingled, announcing her arrival. The store clerk was busy stacking magazines on a nearby shelf, however, so didn't look around.

Picking up a basket, Jenna slid her arm through the handles and made her way around the store. She took her time examining the produce, trying to find the cheaper options where she could.

"Air conditioning is a bit colder than normal." she muttered to herself.

It was the same problem as her car. The absurd thought of her mother sneaking into the store dressed like a ninja and messing with their settings made her giggle. Still smiling at the bizarre mental image, she made her way to the front counter and placed the basket on top of it. The store clerk, thoroughly engrossed in a magazine article, idly went behind the counter with his eyes glued to the page.

Jenna's handbag slipped from her shoulder and fell to the floor, spilling her makeup bottles.

"Oh nuts." she muttered, and crouched down. She began scooping the rogue items back into her handbag while overhead the electronic bleeping of the clerk scanning the items could be heard.

"Paper or plastic?" he asked.

"Paper, please." she called up.

The rustling of the paper bag sounded as Jenna retrieved the last of her makeup. Thankfully, none of it seemed damaged. She stood up.

"That'll be eig..." the store clerk trailed off, his eyes widening in surprise.

"What?" she asks.

You have the following choices:

1. She knows!
