"You're, uh, you're naked."
Jenna dropped her money on the counter, her eyebrow raised in confusion.
"You what now?"
"Miss, I'm going to have to ask you to either put some clothes on or leave."
"What are you talking about? I'm not-"
She looked down.
"...naked."
Jenna panicked. She grabbed the nearest cover she could think of; the brown paper bag on the counter. It was just wide enough to hide her nippes as she clutched it to her chest. She closed her eyes as her embarrassment crashed down upon her. The events of the day - her naked breakfast, the phone call, that pervy kid gawking at her at the lights - all came back to her in a red-faced explosion.
And then to make matters worse, the bell above the door rang. Somebody else was coming into the shop.
"Hey, they're towing away a... woah."
With a sense of dread, Jenna tore her eyes away from this new stranger and looked out the window. Sure enough, there was her car... being attached to the back of a tow truck. Clutching her groceries to her naked chest, Jenna ran out of the store, determined to stop them before they took away her means of getting home...
...and stood on the pavement, staring, as the tow truck pulled away, leaving her wearing nothing but shoes and a brown paper bag. Her home was a twenty minute walk away.
----
After a minute or two of experimenting, Jenna discovered that if she held her hands cupped in front of her crotch, with the bag resting on top, then it was just tall enough to cover her from the front. It was close, however. With every step her unsupported bust pushed against the bag, threatening to spill over the top at any second. As she made her way down the suburban sidewalks towards her home, she drew plenty of stares from the front. No doubt they were curious about how little this woman was actually wearing; from their angle, they'd be able to see the top of her breasts and most of her legs.
She didn't dare look behind her, however. Her face burned thinking about those expressions turning from curiosity into wide-eyed astonishment. How could she ever show her face in this neighbourhood again?
After what seemed an eternity she reached her front door. With a sigh of relief, she placed the grocery bag on the floor, and reached for her handbag... which, she realised, she'd left on the counter back at the store.
"How could this get any worse?" she asked the cruel and all-knowing universe.
She grabbed the bag and lifted... and watched in horror as it tore in two. The groceries crashed to the floor.
"I had to ask."
There was really only one more thing she could do, now; hide behind the nearest hedge and wait for her mother to return home.
It was going to be a long wait.
