OK, but how exactly? I can think of two possible scenarios:

-She encounters a wild Pokémon and tries to catch it, but the Pokémon gets frightened/angry/whatever, and regresses her.
-A trainer challenges Misty to a battle, then regresses her via one of his/her Pokémon (out of spite for losing, right off the bat after using the battle as a pretense, or accidentally).

Do you wish to go with either of these scenarios, or find another?
