hiccup had spent the first five years of his life only being taught the basic technologies that the pyrovillias currently knew such as compasses and maps, from age five to ten he was still being tutored but was making sophisticated clocks and made many designs, shortly after his tenth birthday he exceeded any former technological knowledge of the pyrovillians and one day chief stoic came to the mountain (and there was an awkward stare between him and hiccup) and he spoke to all the five pyrovillians "now that your new cheif has shown some potential you will work together in a new commision, we will provide materials of wood, stone and some steal and you must on a large scale around the village improve:
