The chinese knock-off of a spell book

In big bold letters, with the ugliest font you could think of, on the front page, was written:

"SPELLS AND BODY CHANGE LIQUIDS"

"What the hell was that?" you thought. You tried to read the first pages, but it was barely readable. It looked like a badly translated knock-off book. The book was really ugly to look at. But looking at the pictures and the few words you could read, you understood it was a sort of magic spell books, as well as potions. It said it could... Change people's bodies? That seemed pretty stupid. But at the same time, a bit tempting. Thinking that Lisa will throw it anyway, you decided to kept it, and look a bit more into it...

But what to look for?

You have the following choices:

1. The potions!

2. The spells!

3. Never mind, just give it back to Lisa...
