I'm... I'm... a..." Alice tried to say. She looks away and sounded really scared and ashamed. "A what?" You ask. "Alice, look at me." She looks right in your eyes and frowns. She works up the courage to speak for a minute. "I'm a succubus." Alice admits.
"A... what?" You said disbelievingly. Succubus ate men's souls, their lifeforce, you knew about them of course but they were just myths from centuries ago. "I'm a succubus. A demon." Alice saw the look of disbelief on your face and sighed. "I guess I've got to show you." She said. "Show me what?" You still couldn't really get the idea into your head, this had to be a joke right?
Alice stood up and moved away, turned to you, and you watched as her irises went red again, and now you were sure of it. Slowly, the first thing you noticed change was something sprouting out of her forehead. "GAH!" You bolt up in surprise and cringe as horns come straight out diagonally away from each other from her forehead and extend outward. The horns were a dark red so deep you almost mistook it for black and incredibly smooth looking with a sheen to it, though the points looked sharp enough they could impale you. They extended a lot further than you might have guessed, about a quarter the length of Alice's own arm.
More was to come however. Alice's skin tinted from a caucasian white to a red color neither too bright or too dark much like her shirt or dress, her lips shifted to about the same deep red as her horns, with her nails following suit. Alice's hair grew a bit and shifted to be a bit brighter red than normal, but it seemed to actually shimmer or glow slightly.
The biggest changes you didn't spot immediately, being mesmerized by the rest of it. Then you saw large, massive bat wings growing out of her back, the "forearm" and fingers if those term applies covered in black fur while the skin was red, but you couldn't see through them. They grew so large you think Alice could've enveloped you in them completely if she wanted.
Spreading out her wings, careful not to knock anything over as she did so, she gently flapped them as the last change began. You noticed almost as an afterthought a tail come out from beind her and probably above her rump. It was comparatively mundane you thought at first, but then it swelled wider and you noticed what seemed like some kind of mouth at the end of it. There was a tonguelike tentacle or something.
Her changes apparently done, Alice stood there looking at you, waiting anxiously for your response like if she had just stripped down naked and was waiting to see what you thought of her. You were so dumbfounded that you couldn't speak. "You... you think I'm ugly. A monster." Alice said sadly. "I understand..."
