Celestia stuck her tongue into the tub as far as her snout would let her reach. Those last few drops of vanilla would be hers if it was the last thing she did.
Luna herself had actually decided to indulge as well, though nowhere near the level of Celestia. She was tenderly working her own mint flavored ice cream and watching Celestia feast on more dairy treats. The darker alicorn smiled to herself as Celestia gave a little cheer when she got the last licks from the tub. She flung it aside and instinctively reached out for another tub with her hooves.
Celestia grunted when she realized she couldn't reach. Something was blocking her from the food! Why did the table suddenly seem so close but so far? She looked down to see what the problem was and paused. Her rounded and stuffed belly had grown large enough to keep the rest of her away. She looked and saw that her haunches had grown quite a bit as well. In fact, all over she had gained a soft layer of fluffy fat. She felt her face in astonishment.
"How much did I eat?"
Her stomach growled an a another tub of ice cream floated up to her. She smiled at her own foolishness at forgetting she had magic. But then she realized that she wasn't the one lifting it.
"To say you've eaten a feast would be an understatement, sister," Luna said. Celestia turned to see the soft glow of Luna's horn. "But somehow I get the feeling you are still hungry."
Celestia blushed and nodded and Luna brought the tub to her sister. Celestia greedily swallowed more creamy goodness.
"I have to say, you seem very chipper all of a sudden. Your demeanor is much happier... if not a noticeably thicker. Does this extreme gorging truly bring you joy?"
Celestia sighed and belched, giggled drunkenly as she massaged her bulging stomach. "I'm not going to lie; I love food, my dear Luna. I just want to eat and eat and never stop. And then I have to admit... all this pudge isn't so bad. Actually it's quite comfy."
"Pudge!?" Luna blurted. "You're fat and you know it!" She gave Celestia's flank a playful poke. To her surprise her hoof sank in quite deep. Celestia smiled.
"Well, if I have to be truthful, then yes I am indeed fat. Maybe i should stop for the- oh my." Celestia's face become even redder as Luna leaned into her sister's belly.
"You are quite comfy, actually." Luna hugged Celestia's newly sized body, to which Celestia happily returned. Luna pushed herself up and the two shared a laugh together.
"If this really does make you happy then I shall be faithful one hundred percent and help you eat to your hearts content."
Celestia beamed. "Really? You don't mind?"
Luna shrugged. "I can't say I completely understand this fascination to eat oneself into a pile of gluttony, but you seem to be enjoying yourself. Your joy is my joy. And, truth be told, I've never had a pillow as fine as you."
Celestia clapped her fore hooves together in glee. "Oh, you don't know how glad I am to hear that. Now, if you'll excuse me, there is a five layer cake that has my royal seal all over it."
Luna, however, pushed the table away as Celestia reached out. "Now, now, now, we can't have our precious ruler straining herself in any way. I think we can make you more comfortable for your feeding."
Celestia blinked in confusion. "Comfortable?"
"You have ruled this kingdom for a thousand years by yourself. It is time to be pampered!"
