All the cats shrink

After the bright flash everything seemed to go dark and you felt like there was a draft in the room. Something heavy landed on top of you, something made up of some kind of fabric. It was like a tent canvas or something, but much softer. You scrambled trying to find our way out from under it. As you did your tail brushed your leg and you looked down at yourself realizing that you were in fact completely naked standing in your bare fur as you entered this world.

Ohhhh no. It didn't take a rocket science to figure out cause and effect here. Your people had been working on a giant shrink ray, there was a flash and now you were naked and buried underneath some kind of fabric. You had clearing shrunk and this fabric was part of what would be an article of clothing that you were wearing moments ago.

You scrambled on all fours to get out from underneath your discarded clothes. It took time but eventually you came out into an alien landscape. The floor seemed to stretch on forever in every direction. You could see the computer monitor you had been working on previously in the distance, now seeming like some kind of ivory tower that stretched into the sky forever. Everything was way to big as you turned and looked back at your own clothes you could make out individual threads in your shirt you had been wearing. You were quite small, like an insect. You looked around for signs of any of your other feline comrades. Some of them, also ant sized had made it out from beneath their own now to small clothing. Others you didn't see and guessed they still might be stuck.

Your tail quivered as you held it low between your legs. The world was a very strange place now. if the wolves found out about this, well that might be the better of options. You remembered the acorn you had seen in the machine. It seemed right now the cats had an enemy that was much more dangerous than the wolves. They weren't as strong but they were insane and now they'd be a lot bigger.

You looked towards the doors you had come in from to enter this room. You had to get back to the command center. You'd have no problem getting underneath the door crack but operating an elevator was out of the question. That just left the stairs which seemed an even more impossible task now. Yet you couldn't stand around and do nothing. There was no telling how much time you had before THEY would be on the scene.
