The room you entered was poorly lit so you could only see a few feet ahead of yourself in any direction. The walls were all artistically carved from what you could make out.The many drawings around it to small to be done by a dragon's claws. Proof to your thoughts that humans and dragons could and have coexisted before.
But what your eyes were drawn to the most was an egg. But not just any egg. This was far bigger than anything a farm animal could lay. This was most definitely a dragons offspring. And as if the size was not proof enough, the shell matched your captors scales almost perfectly. Almost outshining them even with their ominous black glow.
Your captor halted in front of the egg and set you down rather roughly only to let loose a mighty roar that prevented you from moving, as you were busy covering your ears from the noise it created. No sooner had he done this, another dragon with feather-like wings came out the opening from behind the opal egg. It's scales a much darker black and it's even blacker eyes staring directly at you.
