You wake up in a Nursery themed room

As you gradually regain consciousness you realize that you are now somewhere other than the foyer floor, you had collapsed on. Your mind still somewhat groggy from what had been used to spike your apple tea takes sometime to make sense of your new environment. You quickly discern that you are lying on a mattress, but then your bleary eyes notice that the bed appears to be surrounded by bars. Your gasp in shock suspecting you have been placed in some cell then try to call out. At that point you realized that you have been gaged, as you try to remove whatever has been placed in your mouth your realize that your arms are restricted my some fur lined restraint and even weirder that your hands have been placed in mittens of some sort.

By that stage you are starting to freak out and try desperately to make sense of what has happened to you. You then to your horror realize that your clothes have been changed. Instead of the fine and rich garments of a gentleman, you found yourself in a dress and bonnet. Your face rather pale now you start to take in the rest of the room and realize you have been placed in some strange Nursery themed room. The bars you had seen earlier were in fact the bars of a child's cot, albeit somewhat larger you assume.

To your horror you now realize that someone has put you in a diaper and a rather thick one at that as it spreads your legs wide apart. Just when you thought things couldn't get worse, a large woman in a nurses uniform enters the room at coo's at you "How's my sweet little baby girl going, does she need her didis changed?"

She comes towards the cot to do an inspection of the status of your diaper. To your horror you find that....
