Why, out of everything that could’ve happened, did we end up in books?
Some of us are good writers, some are not.
But writers are artists—and artists should be valued for how much emotion their art holds in their own eyes, not for whether it will sell.
Emotion is what makes us human.
Not money. Not fame.
Those are human inventions—and humans do make mistakes.
Consider that too.
Maybe those inventions are flawed.
But don’t forget—I’m just one man.
Read my work.
Maybe you’ll find a part of yourself between the lines.
We all share something in common: emotion.
And you’ll find plenty of that in my writing.
I only wish my muse had read these many words.
But she left—because of a misunderstanding.
Still, maybe it was all part of a divine plan.
Maybe it had to happen, so I could awaken.
Now I write—
To give you a taste of the spite and wickedness that lives in me,
The kind people oddly enjoy—but only on paper.
Some things, after all,
Are better felt through words
Than lived in real life.
