Woke up with a splitting headache
The crows were so loud.

They woke her up
From a troubled sleep.

Her ceiling fan was wonky
Just did not want to work
She was out of coffee.
and that would not do.

she needed a strong cup
of evil, snarling black coffee
to kick start her day.

She looked at her husband
He keep tapping on the table
His signal that he was hangry.

She sighed
Decided the only thing to do
Was to splurge and get a pedicure.
but after coffee and breakfast first.
