I'm a female American Army veteran. I needed something to take my mind off things and give me a sense of purpose when I got out of the Army in 2016.
I've written sporadically throughout my life. I had been working on a novel but after 115 full-sized pages were accidentally lost, I never went back to it and hadn't really written anything since.
Just prior to joining WDC, as I was getting out of the Army, I had 5-6 people in several states in just a matter of a few weeks tell me I should give writing another try, so I joined WDC.
Now, I'm focused on travel & finding a career in geriatric social work...though I'm here a LOT.
