Writing poetry, short stories since childhood. Published online; one of my poems was included in an autobiographical book. Enjoy drawing, painting, music, reading, travel, walking, family. Careers in nursing and teaching but diagnosed with lung disease and had to quit. A lung transplant is possibly in my future; if all goes well, hope to return to teaching. Live in MidWest; but miss the ocean and mountains! Visited New York for medical reasons; am determined to go back and explore every nook, cranny when I am healthy again.
