I am an aspiring author who has only just discovered my love of storytelling through writing. In my "real life", I homeschool my 12 year old son. When I was struggling to explain to him how the Electoral College works, I decided to write a short story for him to illustrate the concept through a storyline and characters he could relate to. After that, other stories started coming to me that were begging to be told. I am taking writing classes at the local community college to hone my skills before deciding how to proceed with publishing the one novel I've written so far.
