Freelance writer/editor Dan Cooper edits a column for the newsletter of the Writers’ League of Texas and a Website on collector cars for Suite101.com. He is a former Sports Editor and, briefly, Acting News Editor for a small Texas newspaper. Publications include a book introduction for the Barnes and Noble World Digital Library, and some creative nonfiction in A Cup of Comfort for Courage (Adams Media). He won first place in the Writing Bestsellers: Winning Beginnings Contest (2004).
