A crap poem about a relationship that's losing its spark.
My shirt buttons are easily loosened
My skirt is easily blown by the wind
Look, I’m the filler

There are other roses for you
But surely this rose is just as sweet?
Yeah – there was a time when you
Sung my virtues and stopped for my smile
We were something from a fairytale
Refusing to acknowledge any doubts
But as other roses grew listening
My mind started decomposing
Mediocrity is my middle name
I’m soaked through to the skin in blissful shame

So I’ll catch my own damn fall
FOR NO ONE ELSE WILL FUCKING DO SO…
