A hard life ensues the departure of a mother
I see misery and I see you my sweet little love,
My love, grinning among skeletons,
Oh , the incongruity! Just don't mind!
My mind is in a mess!
My sweet love, dying, dead already,
Hampered by so many stones...
Stones...It's been,
And a broken back.
My love, my dove...
Seeking relief ,my dove,
Seeking consumption and infernal heat,
My dove, scalded
To ashes...no! The incongruity again!
I said my mind is in a mess.
I said "my tears do scald like molten lead"
The poor Lear said,
The poor gentleman crying Cordelia!
Poor Cordelia! She gave all!
Darling , darling dove,
My sweet rose that faded in my hands,
Betimes,
When those murderers killed me in my prime,
When they darkened my horizon,
When I was looking for my mother,
When I was crying my mother,
She , that's gone,
Leaving me in a vacuum of loneliness...
I remember her words: 'my child'...
Oh, gone forever!
Your warm bountiful hands, dear that's gone,
Leaving me amid strangers,
with a freezing vacuum, glistening in their eyes.
Their eyes,Cold diamonds, hard as rock,
As the solitude of the cripple.
Mum, how I yearn for your bountiful hands,
When lost amid this mob.
Mum, hold me tight,
Soothe my crying at the void,
At the barrenness inside and outside
In front of this mob,
Who wouldn't care to listen ,
Just passing by, passing by.
