Why do we fall?

All of us have known the agony of falling from grace. Were we have been the best at something and then fate decieded to take away what we have held most dear to us. I believe that every life is a journey. Every life has a path that we must take, a place we have to go. We all wish for the fairy tale endings that we read about as children. Where the good triumphs over evil and the hero saves the day. Life is very different from those stories. We all want to achieve the impossible. Each of us writes the journey for our lives. We alone a responsible for the paths we take. The roads we take are often hard and treacherous with obstacles what we must overcome. Sometimes we want to fast forward to the ending of our journey, to find out what our destiny is. Only when we do this we find that there is no ending for us to see. Life is a journey, but only the journey is written not the destination. I have found that when ever we fall a part of us breaks and wants to give up and stop and the journey. But we can not stop the journey it only ends when we reach the next stage of life. No matter how much we wish it otherwise. To me the reason we fall down is to learn to pick ourselves up again. We pick ourselves up to continue on the path we have chosen. The world never stops turning. Sooner than it seems life will turn around and you will find you are back at the height of your glory. For me, I will be strong even when it all goes wrong, because somewhere above I know there is some one watching over me.
