Well we got our yearbooks at school...and this is what resulted.

(Just a yearbook)
Just a day
When I thought
Anything was possible
But it all failed anyway

And fall
Fall on me

I'm tired of being first
But following is not who
I want to be
I want people to follow me
And I want to be different
But not different to you

I want to be the one you want
With my blue painted nails
With my naturally changing hair color
With my blue/green eyes

And I don't want to miss you

It's a sickening idea
To miss a picture on a piece of paper
To flip through pages to see
Someone from a dream
To find a piece of me in front of everyone

I wanted to go back to the old me
When I wasn't so shy
And nothing ever scared me
I didn't quite understand myself
And what I could do with the power I held
But I was blind to every mistake I made

Change is just something that happens
But I don't want it to happen
I could go back and kick and scream
That I never ever want it to happen
But I'm different now, and you
Are in my eyes now, and you
Are the one I want
The one I'm too shy for

I'm just trying to prevent every mistake I might make

But in the end the mistakes seem fixed
With a camera and a tradition
