"If you ask anyone in this country, 'Do you believe that the United States should cede the moon to say the Chinese, Europeans, Russians, whoever?' I bet you the answer would be, 'No.' We want to make sure that as humankind expands into space the United States is there in the forefront. That is why this is bill is so important, It's about where human beings go and what they do when they get there and what that means to the future of the human race. We will lead mankind into Space. It is our unique American destiny."


They call me Quixote. I am a lawyer.

I represent the non citizens, resident aliens, and anyone else that SHSA wants to detain, deport off planet or execute for the crime of not being American.

We escaped earth first and settled here. They came later and took the planet over under the rule of eminent domain. “If you’re not with us, you’re against us.” That’s their motto.

I have a new client.

He did not come here from earth. He is from here. He came out of hiding to reclaim what is his.

I tilt at windmills. I have never won a case.
