You were there, I remembered you in crystal clarity, every feature of your face, every move of your body, perfectly remembered. I could feel you. Your touch, your warmth, your quiet comfort of caring. You were there. I knew you when you touched my cheek and I stared entranced into your eyes, an endless earth of warm brown, rich waves of Columbian coffee. When you whispered to me and I caught the gentle breeze of your voice against my ear. When you smiled and suddenly I believed.
