The last day on earth. And what do YOU think of death? For a contest.
At the end of the Life Tube
How would you spend your last day on earth?

You know, jee, that's a very tough question to answer.

I've never given much thought to stuff like that - I've always thought questions like that don't really help you out in life; questions like 'If you had a million bucks, what would be the first thing you would do?' or 'How would you want to die?'.

But I suppose it wouldn't hurt to work this question over a bit. It's Friday here, and there isn't much to do except sit infront of the harmful glow of my computer. Wondering about what I would do if it were my last day on our sweet, sweet planet.

So what would I do?

I'd experiment, and I'd have as much fun as I can. That's all I know. There never seems to be enough of either going around the place anymore. People are afraid of new things (of course I'm no exemption to this rule), and everyone works too hard to make a living. Most people don't do what they love.

So anyway, I would start off the day by waking up, little by little, as if it were a Saturday morning - the day you got to sleep in late. The day you could wake up a little at a time, at your own leisure. I would lay eyes shut, and see nothing but a red darkness that was sunshine being filtered through the delicate screen of capillaries in my eyelids.

I'd probably withdraw my life savings, and go on some form of mad shopping spree with some of my best friends and family. Experiment things I'd never imagine doing under different conditions. Eat lunch in some highly expensive place, rent out the best suite in a Trump tower. Eat extraordinary dinner in a fine restaurant with friends and family.

And then I'd come home, have an extremely pink bubblebath whilst watching something on the LG flatscreen that had been installed that morning.

11:30, I'd go to bed and know that 12:00 is just when the challenges and pain of existence ends and the good memories begin.
