I'm just letting people know how I feel.
I have these scars, which are invisible to many.
But I see them all the time.
All over my body and all over my heart.

These scars were made by many people.
My friends, family and past lovers.
They didn't really care about me.

These scars that bleed everytime I get hurt.
You see, these scars never heal.
They are open wounds that will never mend.
