Pessimist

When the sun shines brightly early in the day,

A glorious light comes from the bank of the bay,

But a lady does not take notice in it,

Because the light in her heart has not been lit,

She can only see shadows of darkness and pain,

Only memories of destruction and vein,

All has turned black and horrid for her,

She has no one to turn to for sure,

Her obsession of cutting with a knife,

Makes her miss a lot of happiness in life.
