This is a poem written about a guy that I loved with all my heart.
His eyes are like oceans,
I look into them one more time,
He gently slides his fingers out of mine,
The last dance is over.

His smile is god sent,
It lights up my broken world,
He turns his back,
Laughing, as he holds my torn heart in his hand.

His gorgeous body,
Brushes past my tear streaked face,
He makes no effort to end my pain,
He slips away into the silent night.

His perfect self,
Haunts my mind,
Like he’s some black god,
Controlling my every move and step.

Thinking of him,
Has drained every single tear,
Left nothing but a throbbing ache for a heart,
And the only emotion left for me to feel is pain.
