This is me

Hello

I wanted to take some moments of your time to tell you something of myself, and in so doing maybe try and understand the me thats me really underneath.

I could start by saying that my name is Terry and up to date I'm 67 years young with a fine son and a wife with a job ,a car and a mortgage. But that tells you little in many ways.

No, I would like you to see the me that sits with people just listening mostly untill they've opened their hearts to all the frustrations and barriers to they're becoming free. Some might say I'm nosey often asking questions over and over when i feel the need to, I suppose you might think i'm prying a little which may make folk uncomfortable at times, but it's well meant I assure you.

I feel people are worth all the time you can give them and i'm priviledged to have so many friends in my life, I love the laughter that I'm given in my heart and love to encourage folk to see and feel the same within themselves.

Words have become over the years more precious to me too and I know given time there are poems ,stories and all manner of things in this mind.

I love to create safe places for people to be at home with and I enjoy my work as an employment consellor.

I feel we as people should never give up from trying to be the best, of course the best means different things to different people even different things at different times.

Things I hate are people who disrespect each other and the place that they live in, people who cannot see anything other then their way and people who just cannot find a dream in their own lives so they smash others.

But I hope I have managed to let you see something of me and that if we touch each other it's with a smile.
