Most of you probably have seen yo-yos before, some of you might even have one! But I bet you didn't know the origins of the yo-yo. An ancient Greek vase reveals a man playing with a yo-yo-like device. The device was most likely made with wood, terracotta, metal, or clay. There are two theories about this toy. One, it was used as a sacrifice for the Gods, and two, it was used for a 'coming of age' ritual for boys.
