a poem about... i think you can guess.
In the heart where silence once would dwell,
A storm ignites, a furious rebel.

With furrowed brow and clenched-up fists,
Anger rises, a swirling mist.

A fire burns within the chest,
A tempest roars, it finds no rest.

The world seems gray, in shadows cast,
Moments lost, a fleeting past.

Words like arrows cut through the air,
In its wake, only despair.

A heavy weight upon the soul,
An endless quest to regain control.

But amidst the heat, the flames can blind,
To see the truth, we mustn't be confined.

As clouds dissolve and sunlight peeks,
The heart can mend, and hope can speak.

To soothe the spirit and calm the waves,
Forgiveness flows, the anger saves.

Beneath the rage, a tender heart,
Yearns for peace to play its part.

So let it pass, like waves on sand,
Embrace the calm, take a strong stand.

For in the end, we all can learn,
That love's the flame for which we yearn.

Take a breath, release the hold,
Let kindness bloom, let love unfold.

In the face of fury, let wisdom rise,
To turn the anger into skies.

For every storm, a lesson gained,
In tender moments, love is maintained.
