Dedicating this poem to my wife
Your voice, your face, your scent, your hair,
the touch of your hands calls me there.
I see the mother of our children in you,
and feel the warmth of love so true.

I say I love you, the universe expands,
then shrinks again in our clasped hands.
My life above is a castle of desire,
melting sand, yet rising higher.

I dream of you, and hope to see,
our love grow strong, wild, and free.
For in your hands, my home will be,
a big house filled with you, our kids, and me.
