You bring me stability in this ever-changing world.
Green grass grows and poppies bloom
Summer passes by too soon
Life is not as beautiful as you

Fall's the season for falling in love
And the red leaves remind me of your beautiful face
And then the snow comes to wash it all away
Life is not as beautiful as you

Winter comes and snow falls
City life ruins it all
Life is not as beautiful as you

Spring comes and then it's July
Pretty things just pass us by
And life is not as beautiful as you
