It only goes down
My mind doesn’t stop
         Won’t stop
                   Can’t stop

Every time I get happy it crashes
         Everything’s bad
                   It’s all my fault

I feel like my identity has been stolen
         I don’t know who I am
                   I am no one

I want to cry I want to scream I want to stop
         No breath no light
                   No thoughts no life

But all I do is fall further down the rabbit hole
         I’m a bad person
                   No one will ever love me
                             I don’t deserve kindness
                                       I am a mistake
