Sometimes we don't realize the weight of our words and it leads to us hurting who we love.
Words carry weight,
They are loaded with emotion,
Those who speak have dumbbells falling out their mouths,
Crushing those that find themselves in conversation,
The more we lift,
The stronger we are.
