Sometimes I can't see for the fog, sometimes I don't want to.
I always knew dark would win over light
I always knew there was something wrong
Kurt Cobain said suicide was the bright side
I wonder how many lives agreed?

But as I write this miserable poem, I see the world turn new
Everything and everyone has seen my life turn blue
But I will stand among the Gods and see the light of love
Walk among the fields of wheat and spy upon the dove.

On the mountain looking out, I see the rivers flow
Down unto the mossy banks where the oceans go
My time here is bliss as I walk the beaten track
The world has me deep in it's sights as life has called me back.
