Susie and Lisa's Christmas (part 2) 04

I was so miserable being back at home after spending a week at grans but most of my time was spent with Lisa,
Maybe opening my presents on Christmas day might cheer me up, but I couldn't see how as it would all be boys stuff,
I watched some TV before going to bed,

In the morning at the bottom of my bed was stacks of presents,
I began opening them, just as I thought, annuals, toy cars, airfix models, boxes of soldiers, a new football kit and football etc, etc,

I tried to look excited and happy, which I suppose I was but my mind was elsewhere,

"There's one more present in the kitchen",
I raced downstairs, opened the kitchen door and there was a new bike, it was my first proper bike, I was happy with that present,

Mum told me to go upstairs and get changed while she sorted out breakfast,
Once I'd had my breakfast I took the bike outside,
My dad joined me,
"Can you ride a bike",

I rode up and down the pavement to prove to dad I could ride it,

An hour or so had passed by when other kids started to appear, new bikes everywhere, I could see up the street one of my friends had also got a new football kit,
Then I started to notice girls wearing new dresses, some also had new bikes, Pink of course, my mind now drifted into thoughts of Lisa,
I couldn't wait to see her on Tuesday and share the joy of her Christmas presents, I just had a feeling that we were going to have an awesome few days together again,

That afternoon mum and dad were preparing Christmas dinner,
I decided this was the time to secretly practice some Ballet, It was one of my main priorities, I was determined to become a good Ballet dancer, I wanted to make Lisa proud of me,
The problem I found was getting the arm movements and leg/feet movements to coordinate also I was finding it really difficult to do the Ballet walk, I was just hoping after hard practicing one day it would all fall into place,

I finished my short practice session and sat on the bed, I started thinking that since I'd known Lisa I'd learned to skip, do handstands, learning cartwheels, learning Ballet, learning how to walk like a girl, how to sit down like a girl, even playing catch and how to throw a ball like a girl, I also got told off for standing with my dress pulled up having a pee, Lisa told me I had to sit down to pee then wipe myself,
Every day I was with Lisa I was learning feminine ways,
I have to admit it was hard being a girl, it wasn't just about putting on a dress and knickers, there were lots of little subtle things a girl did and if I did do something boyish Lisa was quick to tell me,

Mum shouted for me to come and get my Christmas dinner, I had to sit at the kitchen table while mum and dad sat in the front room watching TV while having their dinner,
Why couldn't we all have sat together at the big table in the dining room as a family,
There was just no atmosphere in my house, maybe that was due to my mum and dad's age,
It wasn't like Lisa's house, I was always happy with Lisa's mum and Lisa, we were always having a good time and Lisa's mum often joined in with us, also she had time to explain things or show us what to do,
Something crossed my mind occasionally,

At long last I was on my way to grans,
It was raining when we arrived and I didn't see Lisa on her front door step which saddened me a little,
While I was having something to eat there was a knock on the door, it was Lisa,

While I was looking through her presents there was a knock on the door, it was my mum just checking that it was still OK for me to stay New Years eve,
"Yes it's fine",
"OK we'll pick him up New Years day",
I ran to halfway down the stairs and shouted,

"Bye and be good for Melissa",

I went back to Lisa's bedroom and took off my clothes to change into knickers and a dress,
Lisa's mum shouted up the stairs,
"Lisa has Susie changed yet",

"Come downstairs when she's ready",

We made our way downstairs and into the front room, on the dining table was a pile of presents,

Lisa and I sat at the table looking at the presents full of excitement,

Lisa was extremely excited because she thought she'd had all her presents,

"Open the top one Susie",
It was a long box, I started to remove the wrapping and could see pink colouring on the box, I had tears in my eyes, my first ever girly present was a Barbie doll, the next present was a Barbie two outfit plus accessories pack, next was a five pack of assorted pink Barbie knickers,
Lisa and I had a present each to open next,
We removed the wrapping and we had matching pale pink with a floral and butterfly design halter neck dresses,
Again we both had another present to open,
Lisa opened hers first, it was a pink nightie with frilly shoulder straps and hem also some pink slippers,
I opened mine, I had the same nightie as Lisa plus a pink dressing gown and pink slippers,
I was crying my eyes out with happiness at the presents I'd received,
I went and sat on Mellisa's knee and gave her a hug,
"Thank you so much for making me so happy with the presents you've given me",
"I'm glad you like everything Susie, why don't you both try on the dresses",

We undressed and put on our matching dresses,
"Oh you both look so pretty",

Lisa was now really excited,

After a short period of time Lisa's mum called us to go upstairs,
We went into Lisa's bedroom,

On top of the chest of drawers was a CD/cassette/radio hifi system,

We were shown how to operate it, Lisa didn't have any CD's or cassettes but at least we could listen to the radio for now,
"When we go shopping Lisa you can buy some CD's with some of your Christmas money",

"OK I'm going to bring all your new clothes up and put them away",
She went downstairs and Lisa and I played with the hifi,
"Susie when we're alone later I'll show you that book",
"I can't wait to see what's in it",

Lisa's mum returned and put all our new clothes away,
"OK you two I'm going to go and watch some TV, don't have that music on too loud",

The class was nearly over when the teacher asked us to do the centre splits,
I lowered myself down, bent over to support myself with my arms until I could feel my muscles stretching, I think I was on the limit but I was determined to be better than some of the other girls,
I looked around and was ever so happy, all the practice Lisa and I had put in had payed off even after only a week,
I still had a long way to go to do the full split but I was probably 5th or 6th lowest in class,

Class finished and we all changed out of our slippers,
Teacher was going to the other girls mothers to give a performance report,

She'd made some Tuna sandwiches for me, I ate my sandwiches chatting to her,
I reminded her I was going to Carlisle early in the morning and sleeping over so I wouldn't see her until Friday,
She was fine with everything, it gave her chance do things and see her friends,
I finished my food and returned to Lisa's,

Lisa's mum was in the kitchen when I entered through the back door,

I had a great sleep and was really excited about the day ahead,
I had my breakfast and said goodbye to gran.
I ran to Lisa's where Lisa was sat waiting for me, we gave each other a cuddle and kiss then headed upstairs to get changed,

We then went to the wardrobe and took out our matching dresses, as we were putting them on Lisa's mum entered the room,

We'd changed and went to see Lisa's mum who was stood there just in her bra and knickers,
"I can't make my mind up about what to wear, what should I wear you two?",

She pulled out a red dress from the wardrobe and held it up to herself,

Lisa's mum put on the red dress and looked absolutely gorgeous,

Lisa's mum then went to her vanity unit and sorted out make-up and nail polish,

I loved having my nails done especially if they were bright pink and that's exactly what she was applying, it really made me feel very girly, next she applied some make-up and brushed my hair,

As Lisa was getting her nails done I went to look at myself in the full length mirror,

We went downstairs where our photo was taken, it was an instant photo so we could see it nearly straight away,

We put on our jackets and headed out to the car, the journey would take about an hour,
Lisa was really excited because I'd be with her looking around the big shops,
She pulled the photo out of her jacket pocket and we sat and looked at it,
"We really do look like twins Lisa",

Lisa giggled because I was calling her mum 'mum',
"What are you looking forward to doing in Carlisle?",
"Just being a happy little girl and looking at all the beautiful girls clothes in the shops",

With every minute that passed was a minute closer to Carlisle, I think Lisa was just as excited as I was, I think she couldn't wait to see the excitement on my face when I was surrounded by girls clothes,

"6 miles to go girls",
We sat quietly looking at the countryside as we got ever closer to Carlisle,
One thing crossed my mind, when Lisa and I went into her mum's bedroom and was just in her bra and knickers Lisa didn't cover my eyes or tell me not to look, she seemed quite happy for me to be looking at her mum, I just wondered if she was up to something or maybe she was just accepting the fact I was part of the family now,

"We're here girls, not far to go until we find somewhere to park",
We found somewhere to park and walked towards the main shopping area,
"Listen you two stay close to me and hold each others hand",

"Because there'll be a lot of people and I don't want to lose you",
I was highly excited because I was out in public as a girl, it always felt nice feeling the breeze up my dress,
Lisa had also told me to be ready for a big gust of wind and to grab my dress so it didn't blow up and flash my knickers,
We were now in the main shopping area heading to the first shop.

Once inside the shop we headed to the girls department,
I just looked in amazement at all the clothes, all the pretty dresses, skirts, tops not to mention the designs, the beautiful colours, just being amongst all these clothes was like a Christmas present,
"How do you feel now Susie",
"You were right, I want everything",
We looked around until I noticed the underwear area,
There were beautiful colourful knickers, some plain, some with motifs,
Lisa pulled me to another display, it was the bra section, I took a bra off the rail and lovingly examined it,
Lisa's mum rejoined us,

"I can't wait mum",
Lisa once again giggled at me saying mum
We had a good look at the bras when Lisa dragged me to another display, it had Barbie underwear,

I picked out a strappy top/knickers set,
Lisa's mum noticed what I had and picked another set then two more sets,
"What are you doing mum?",
"Well these are 6 year olds and these are 7 year olds so I want you to try them on Lisa",
"Are you going to buy them?",
"If they fit ok, Susie get two sets of 8 year olds just in case",
We went to a changing room where Lisa tried on the 7 year old strappy top which fit perfectly,
We returned the other sets and went to pay for the sets Lisa and I were going to get,
"Why did you pick all those sets mum?",
"Because they're in the sale and very cheap, I wanted to get a set for you and Susie",
"Thanks mum, I really like the strappy Barbie top and knickers",
"It's called a cropped top Lisa, do you like the sets Susie",
"Yeah they're lovely, I can't wait to try the cropped top on",

We left the girls department and headed up to the next floor which was women's clothing,
"What are you looking for mum?",
"I want some new lingerie",
"What's lingerie?",
"Bras and knickers",
We entered the lingerie area and I didn't know where to look, I was in a happy world, bras and knickers everywhere, beautiful colours, lace and satin, just like in the girls department I could touch and look over the garments,
After a while Melissa had chosen a black satin bra, a white satin bra and beautiful floral satin bra, 5 pack of knickers and black, white, floral satin knickers to match her bras,
"Ok girls I want a new nightie as well",
"You've got loads of nighties mum",
"Well I want a nice pink satin nightie and we can all wear pink tonight",
Lisa and I were really excited looking through all the nightwear, all the satin and lace was just gorgeous to touch,
"When we get older Susie we'll be able to wear beautiful nightwear like these",
"Yeah I can't wait, we'll have to have everything matching, anyway the nighties we got for Christmas are beautiful",
"I know but you have to admit the satin feels lovely",
The satin did feel lovely and soft, I just knew that one day I would be wearing a beautiful satin nightie for bed,

Melissa had chosen the items she wanted and went to pay for them, she'd saved loads of money because everything was in the sales,
"Ok you two we've got everything we came for so we can look around slowly now",
We went to another shop and headed to the girls department, once again mine and Lisa's eyes lit up at the sight of all the gorgeous clothing,
We visited quite a few shops, I was just full of happiness at being able to look through all the clothing,

As we were passing a charity shop Lisa called out,
"Look mum",
At the entrance to the shop was a rack full of kids shoes and trainers, we went inside to have a look, there was loads more footwear, in particular there was 2 pairs of trainers, almost brand new, they were pink and white with some pink glitter on them, we tried them on, they were slightly over sized but Melissa said that was Ok because we'd grow into them,
"Can we have them mum",
"Yes Ok",
They were really cheap which was probably why we were aloud them,
"Mum can we keep them on because they match our dresses",
"I was going to suggest that to you both",
I noticed a shiny jacket,
"Lisa look a jacket like yours",
It was exactly the same jacket but was metallic silver,
Melissa came over and examined the jacket,
"I don't need to ask, but do you want it Susie",
"Yes Yes Yes",
I took off the jacket I was wearing and put the new one on,
We both looked special, Lisa in metallic pink and me in silver,

Next we headed off to find some CDs Lisa could buy for her new hifi,
But on our way was a health and beauty shop and we went inside,
"What are we doing in here mum?",
"Well because of the sales there might be make-up on special offer",
