A piece that seeks to innovate
They wanted me to go to town,
I tried to tell them, "I'm not sound".
I hope they understand I'm a wreck,
I've learned to live apart,
Forsaking the human heart,
Taking trips while lying in bed,
From more than one person I've heard it said,
"You won't get many women like that,
Have you thought of getting a cat?"
