When I first met you, we were supposed to be friends,
Who would have thought that I'd love you in the end.

Let's go back to that night, the rain drizzled upon us,

Seeing me happy, was that your only gain?

I fell in love with all those countless minutes I spent with you,
With the way I felt having those butterflies back in my belly,

I fell in love with the feeling of your breath,
And the whiff of your air.
I fell in love with the patience you hold with me,

To the world we fell in love standing at the bay,
To me i fell in love all throughout the way,
With everything you are and everything you'd be,

Slowly and then all at once,
The words won't fair how or when I fell for you,
But the side of you, you never liked,

Forever is a long time to be,
