Idea for a Welsh football / soccer trophy that has foreign guest sides.

How about creating a new trophy called the Welsh Open Gold Cup?
It would be a group stage trophy.
Competing teams would include the first teams of all Welsh Cymru Premier sides. But here is the central premise. Invite in the B teams of large sides in Scotland and England.
The idea is the big English and Scottish super big clubs have hundreds and even thousands of away fans for even their second string sides. So invite in the B teams of the English League Welsh sides like Cardiff City, Wrexham, Newport County, and Swansea City to enter B teams. But the main idea is to invite in the B teams of the super well supported British sides of Glasgow Celtic, Glasgow Rangers, Manchester United, Manchester City, Everton, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Leeds United, Newcastle United, Sunderland, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs, and West Ham United. Who will all bring big supports when they visit Welsh Cymru Premier sides. Also invite in the b teams of middle sized teams near the Welsh border like Wolves, West Brom, Birmingham City, Bristol City, Tranmere Rovers, Stoke City, Derby County, Leicester City, Coventry City, and Nottingham Forest. Maybe even invite in English non-league sides near the Welsh border like Chester, Yeovil, Hereford, and Runcorn. Maybe even two invited sides from the lower divisions of Southern Scotland. Plus the top two teams of Northern Ireland?
This could be the way of allowing Welsh league sides to play consistently against bigger sides to increase attendances, and sponsorship. I think the only way for the Welsh league to improve is for all Welsh Cymru Premier sides to have consistent games against bigger sides every season.
Having a cup for the Welsh sides with big sides from other countries would be fun.
The Scots already allow Welsh and Northern Irish sides in the Scottish Challenge Cup.
