I'm Sadly Unknown

Everyone has their own personal opinions.
Some try controlling things.
I managed to cope, by taking nothing from no one.
Yet still after all I gave,
I’m sadly unknown.

You have to stand your ground.
If you have beliefs.
Embrace them within all that you do and create.
Invest within all your dreams,
Regardless of the unknown.

I’m sad to be on my own.
Swallowing back my bitter tears.
Yet, I’ll not ever yield.
In the belief’s I hold in my heart.
All things have a cost.

I spent much of my time (giving away my future)
My dreams are priceless (priceless)
Through the use of reason (time past by)
Weighing cause and effect for the greater good.
Burning out my mind in a silent fight over nothing.
Knocking myself out.
