Smoked Sausage and Sauer Kraut

I like smoked sausage and sauer kraut
When it first enters my mouth.
It's yummy to my taste buds
When it starts the journey south.

It makes a pleasant mem'ry
Of the tangy and smoky taste.
That is, until it hits the area
Just below my waste.

That's when it wants to make an exit,
That gurgly sauer kraut.
I really don't like how quickly
It seems to want to get out.
