We need common rules of law adopted, leveling the field of play, and a single currency |
Tossing, turning, trying hard to sleep. Restless moments with the secrets that we keep. Someday maybe, life’s been kind of hard. Lacking dollars and wisdom, not getting very far. Sadly, reeling, the blows have me ajar. I’ve been giving, my art and heart away. Within every piece of prose within this play. I’m silent and my mask is fixed upon my face. Wearing an empty look yet burning bright inside. I’ve grown old, but my soul’s not been sold. Throughout my life, looking for someone to hold. I’ve broken the walls within my heart and mind. Through my actions of being fricken kind. Right and wrong dancing, partners in a play. Alternate decisions, keeps our future away. We can’t progress by repeating our mistake filled past. Lying, cheating, will leave us all dead and last. (Back to the top, repeat) I feel your loss, I feel your pain. Life is priceless, it can't be replaced. I feel your loss, I feel your pain. Life is priceless, it can't be replaced. Life’s a gift, not a game. Common sense must begin to reign. Life’s a gift, not a game. Common sense must begin to reign. Life’s a gift, not a game. Common sense must begin to reign. Life’s a gift, not a game. Common sense must begin to reign. I feel your loss, I feel your pain. Life is priceless, it can't be replaced. I feel your loss, I feel your pain. Life is priceless, it can't be replaced. Life’s a gift, not a game. Common sense must begin to reign. Life’s a gift, not a game. Common sense must begin to reign.
