I come in all colors of the rainbow
but you know me most as orange
on Halloween I can show
I am a gorgeous gourd

you can carve me and take out my guts
and put a candle inside
I do not mind the cuts
I feel a lot of pride

I'm a natural and beautiful soul
of glorious Halloween night
I play an important role
of all the lovely fright

I'm glad to do what I can
let the festivities start
