Another Day to be Free!

Happiness is in the Eye of THIS version of ME!

Her body moves with ease as she taps into Peace.
After a moment of stillness with her mind, giving a chance to just be.
Thanking the lord for another, free.

Falling asleep to the kisses of the moon.
After listening to my favorite Lo-fi Tunes
To be awakened by a hug from the sun,
Slowing down my mind before it goes for a run.

Flowing into minty affirmations and washing off laziness’ from the night.
Reaching for the gratitude journal to position her soul just right
Revealing her natural beauty and ensuring she is nourished.
Each step into the day she must flourish!

There’s no attacking the day on an empty stomach, that’s for sure!
Calling for my angels and waiting for the Lion of Judah to roar.
With each lovely connection I smile, even when a wall appears
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8… I will persevere.

She blows through like a force reckoned to be stopped.
To embrace any negativity, I think NOT!
Delivering nothing less than a smile with grace.
we ran and we won our race.
