No Mow, you know.
Will our new neighbors ever mow their lawn?
The grass, it does grow and grow
But each time we ask, they simply yawn
"It can be done tomorrow, you know."

Will our new neighbors ever mow their lawn?
It's becoming a wilderness
When we ask, they say "Brains count, not brawn."
What they mean is anybody's guess.

Will our new neighbors ever mow their lawn?
It's so very uninviting
But they say "If it's shaven and shorn
It'll surely be less exciting."

So the lawn, it remains unmowed
Home to many a wild creature
A snake, a turtle, a frog, a toad
From its depths, are sure to greet yer.

That's it, my story is told
The grass is seven feet tall
The 'new' neighbours are now old
And we can't see their house at all!
