I thought of the calmness of an ocean, so I decided to write a poem about it.

{/center When it's put into the palm of my hand,
calm oceanic wonders
fill my heart with quietude,
with a brand-new line of defenses.

Serenity and peace
provides a new release on life,
by the sights and sounds of
youngsters on a merry-go-round.

The whisper from the seashells
{/center) reminds me of my sister.
When I see the sunlight on the water,
I wish that someone could be my daughter.

Giving me peace without any qualms,
I hear the words from the psalms.

{/center } When I am down and a bit depressed,
I expect to do my best.
I'll feel great when I'm dressed,
having faith that I'll be blessed.

I'll feel better, you will see,
that it's meant for me to be,
amongst the living once again,
and be able to see the wonderful me.

By renewing my interest in love once more,
a new rebirth of joy was born.
Beginning afresh with a huge big grin,
restores in me the happiness
that my smiles can only bring.
