I'm a pluviophile myself, however I wrote this with an original character in mind.
Pluviophile: (n) a lover of rain; someone who finds peace of mind during rainy days.

The loneliness and the heartbreak during childhood I felt,
My feelings and my pleadings were always misdealt

With every tear that fell, I prayed in the never-ending silence,
That you would come and find me in my imbalance

When you finally appeared while I was at my worst,
You quenched the thirst for a presence; my loneliness reversed

You shattered the quiet that was my home,
The silence every day and night I used to roam

You are a guiding light and a voice in the stillness,
Your sounds were there to sooth me during an illness

You were the muse that sang me a lullaby,
My mind in tranquility, singing my worries goodbye

You are a soothing gesture and the company I needed,
When you weren’t there, for your presence I pleaded

Your tears coming down from the sky are pure and plain,
My lonely tears are salty and filled with pain

The rain is an art I may not get,
So I stand still here and get soaking wet

The feeling of love I will gain,
Because my heart falls open as I stand in the rain

The people would never understand the love you provide,
When I was once again with you, side by side
