Review of INSURGENCY by MJ Dees

INSURGENCY is the third book in MJ Dees' realistic Near-Future series, COLLAPSE. Scarcity of resources has gradually created its own Apocalypse, and homelessness and crime are the rule. Outside the towns are Anarchy and Bandits. In fact, I was reminded of the early centuries AD in Britain, prior to the Middle Ages, only now with tanks, armored trucks, and weapons. Be prepared for sneaky and deceptive characters (isn't that human nature?) and bewildering, depressing circumstances. This is not a Future to which any sane person could aspire.
