Breathless,
I squirm internally
I sit in fear
Paralyzed
By perceived lack
Of intuitive skills
Of innate ability
To see
To hear
~the need
To prioritize.
I need:
To ground myself
Take a few breaths
And know
That I don’t
Need
To know
Just what to say,
I need
To see, to hear
~notice
What’s in me
And
Let go of need to know.
